Student Government

The Student Senate is a diverse body of senators from each academic classification and school. With the exception of the Student Senate's officers, each senator sits on a standing committee. Each senator is either elected or appointed to a one year term on the Student Senate.

Ad hoc committees

Sometimes Student Government forms an Ad hoc committee, designed to solve or investigate a specific and often urgent issue.

Examples of such committees are the Waterview Internet Inquiry Committee and the Standards Committee.
